Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga  classes are a beautiful restorative practice suitable for all levels. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles.  It is a beautiful release an leaves you feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated.

If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please seek your doctor’s approval before commencing Yoga classes.

For your safety, please always let your teacher:

  • know about any medical problems you have, including back and joint problems before you begin 

  • immediately let teacher know if any posture is painful for you.

No experience is necessary to start Yoga - just a willingness to give it a go!
