Purna Style Yoga is a gentle flow is a class with a combination of asanas (postures), meditation and pranayama (breath control) .

If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please seek your doctor’s approval before commencing Yoga classes.


For your safety, please always let your teacher:


  • know about any medical problems you have, including back and joint problems before you begin 

  • immediately let teacher know if any posture is painful for you.


No experience is necessary to start Yoga - just a willingness to give it a go!
